Refund policy
Coffee and tea are perishable and to offer the freshest coffee beans to our customers, we roast it to order therefore we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on all coffees and teas purchased. However, if there was an error made by our team to your order or you have questions about how to brew or concerns about quality, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@westendcoffee.ca within 14 days of your order arrival and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
