An unique espresso blend created by our master roaster in 2012. We currently use Fazenda Alta Vista (Brasil) as the base of the espresso, adding Lida Milena Camayo (Colombia) for high notes and complexity, and Finca La Bolsa (Guatemala) for cocoa notes. Truly special for medium espresso lovers.
Aroma: Sweet, floral and nutty
Cupping notes: Sweet, pleasant winey acidity, creamy body with notes of chocolate and caramel.
Recommended brew methods:French press, drip machine, pour over, cold brew.
